No luck with Peacock activation
Got my 1Gb service activated over two months ago. It supposedly came with a two-year Peacock subscription, but I have been unable to get it activated.
My attempts to get it resolved at the time resulted in customer service reps passing me around and finally just getting told that it was an internal issue that their engineers are tracking and will resolve soon. Now two months later, nothing has changed. Has anyone had any luck and know which avenue to pursue to resolve this? Or should I just write off the Peacock subscription as a loss?

I see that it is no longer being reported as a known issue, so we definitely want to assist you with getting it working on your end.
