I tried to log into Xfinity and it’s saying I’m no longer with Xfinity?” What’s going on? Anyone know?

Hello @user_oi3v02, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you’re running into this unexpected message when trying to access your account. I can understand how concerning it would be to suddenly see a message that you’re no longer with Xfinity. We’d be happy to help look into what may be going on. Are you signing in with the primary account holder's username/email?

Yes. I am. That’s the only way I’m able to sign in.

@user_oi3v02, although you are receiving that error message. Are your Xfinity services currently working, or have you noticed any interruption with your service as well?

@XfinityMarshante and I did move a couple of years ago. I can see where my old address is on my account but not my new one from two years ago

@user_oi3v02, Thank you for the additional details. So that I can take a deeper look into what’s happening, for your privacy and the security of your account, I’d like to continue working with you privately so we can review the account-specific details. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
