No Longer Diamond Tier Membership/Have no tier at all
I’ve had Xfinity for 20+ years and used the rewards program for many years and recently the new membership rewards, but for about a month, it says I’m no longer eligible and I’m confused on why?

Hello user_ip0f59, thank you for being with Xfinity for over 20 years, that is awesome! I'm sorry to read that your Xfinity membership tier is no longer showing available. There are some account types that are not eligible for our Xfinity membership perks. Some examples are services provided by community agreements, NOW services and add on premium services.
Was there any account or service changes that were made in the last month that may have changed the eligibility for the program?
Do you live in a community that is now providing services as part of their agreement with residents?
