Hi there, @user_keru0x! You are at the right place for further help with the modem. We appreciate the steps you tried to fix this. With no power to the modem, we would just check the outlet and power cable. After that, the modem would need to be replaced. Have you checked the power outlet or power strip to ensure it is working fine with another device?
