No Internet/No Cable in DP

I’m trying to work from home and have children doing virtual school and internet and cable aren’t working! So frustrating considering the amount I have to pay each month. It went down before lunch and estimated time to be fixed is over 4 hours from now. Unacceptable COMCAST:XFINITY
