No Internet
I was on a plan for about $85 a month. Recently I got and email that. The amount would be increased. It was increased to $125 a month. I called and they offered me discount essentially for 60 months in which I pay $85 again and I get an additional gigabyte (from 1-2). However, when I got home from work, my internet was no longer working. I've unplugged the router, waited, plugged things back in and still no internet. I don't understand how their pricing works, it doesn't make much sense. And I was on a "gaming" plan before because both my partner and I play video games and require high internet speeds. I assume 1 GB more for the same price is good but I don't understand why it's priced the way it is. In addition, now I have to figure out why my internet is no longer working. All of this just feels... Like a scam or something? I don't even know if 1 GB more increased my speeds or not tbh. I need my internet back and I'll swap providers if I have to.
