Hello user_szc50r! I know exactly how frustrating it is to be without services for any amount of time, much less a whole day, so I appreciate you coning to us for help! Whenever our local teams are made aware of interruptions in the area, they always do a great job of being on top of it to get things restored as soon as possible, so the extended amount of time is a little odd. To confirm, when you visit xfinity.com/support/statusmap and enter your address, the status center is reporting a known interruption happening for your home?
