No internet

We work from home and do not have internet. But our neighbors on AT&T do?!? How is that poss?!? There are constantly service interruptions here! DO SOMETHING!

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I can’t get through to talk with anyone because when the address is checked the automated line says they WILL NOT talk to me because of the outage!
