Good evening, @user_al2hc5! I always like the thunderstorms but never when they cause problems! We are happy to further check on your service. I also wanted to make sure you are aware that any time you need to troubleshoot our Xfinity app can assist you step by step. It will run a scan for any area interruptions, send signals to your equipment, and allow you to schedule a visit if that is needed.

Is the power light for your modem on, off, or flashing?

The flashing orange is normally a problem along the line. With the storm, it may have damaged an outside line. One of our expert technicians would fix an issue like that. I can run some test to your modem from my end, and we can go from there.

Did your residence encounter a power outage? If this was the case and you recently got the power on, it may have affected Xfinity to repair services in your area until the all clear was given.
