No internet

Our phones and laptops are saying 'connected without internet,  we have reset the modem and confirmed with xfinity that our signal is good and internet is not out at our location.

If too many devices are using the internet simultaneously, or if you have an older router, you might experience slowdowns or connection issues.

Hey there, user_tlvb0p! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your connection on your devices. Like, @MikeB39A, if there are too many devices attempting to use the connection at one time, and your speed is unable to support it, it can cause the connected without Internet message. 

 

Do you have a device you can hard-wire to test your connection? Have you attempted to forget the network on the devices and connect again?
