No internet

My elderly mother's internet service is out. I checked the outage map and see this:   Channel(s), Legacy TV impaired. What does this mean? Her tv service is fine.

user_med6an - Thank you for using the app to check your account status! Have you tried using it to troubleshoot the internet service as well? It works great and is easy to use. Is there a service interruption reported via the status center here?

Because it's not my address having the issue I'm not sure how to use the app to see if she has an interruption at her address. I did check the outage map and that's where I got the message above about Legacy TV but her TV is fine.
