Hello, user_w9ib4e! I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Have you checked our amazing Xfinity App or online Status Center page for area-wide service interruptions and ETA?

@XfinityThomasC​ you literally can’t get anyone on the phone and the assistant is useless. Paid for a hotspot  and then that stopped working too. Disgraceful treatment. People work from home!
