No internet .
It’s been 13 days now with no internet. We have power, our neighborhood has power. Called several times with no answer as to when or how long. No one has been to our Home or called. I understand everyone is putting their best foot forward to correct the situation. But 2 weeks is a long time with no answer. Customer support did not know how long or when it would be repaired. We haven’t seen a repair truck during this entire time in or near the neighborhood .
Any answer is better than nothing!

If one or more of your Xfinity services aren’t working, you can check to see if a service interruption has been reported in your area in a few different ways. The Xfinity My Account app works great to check the account status. Estimated time of resolution if available will be provided. The times shown are estimated and may change. And, if nothing is reported you can even use the app to troubleshoot. Aside from the My Account app, the Status Center allows you to view your connection status, fix service issues, and check for local Comcast interruptions. Identify problems and find easy solutions here. https://www.xfinity.com/support/status/. If you've registered your phone you can even get an automated text message alert when the issue is resolved.
