No internet, working from home...HELP
If it were just for entertainment I could wait until they got around to me. But I conduct business and work from home. I don't have the luxury of whenever they get around to me!
My internet has been out since Monday. A crew for ATT cut my line while installing fiber optics. I have an open ticket with no idea of when it can be repaired. Ive spoken to multiple technicians online. There has been three service techs out to "look" at what the problem is. I've explained problem and they sent technicians anyway, for the tech to tell me there's nothing they can do! I have two offices at my residence that require internet connection for working from home. I have tried to see if there is a temporary solution until a ground crew comes out. Hotspot lags and drops signal and its not stable to use working from home. The open ticket for ground crew has no specific time when that may happen. There's no solution for the customer.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there, @user_5b275d! I am sorry to hear about your service. We work at home too and understand the stress that can bring. Our technicians will install a temporary drop line if that is possible. There are times we cannot do that such as when it will present a safety issue. When there is a safety issue or your service is offline, the repair work is prioritized We are happy to check further on this.
