No Internet since 7/13 3:00 AM

We don't have Internet since Saturday early hours. Zip code 77433. There is not ETA or anything. The only thing is a text message with same message from Saturday. I am working from home, don't know if I have to look for a alternate provider.

Not sure who and how to send the details. I have put my details. I had a technician come and say " He cannot do anything as this is a widespread issue. I see that 89% has been restored. Looks like I am the 10% crowd without internet. I cannot work. Pity me with such a provider.
