user_vsi32i Our most up to date information on service restoration is provide by local techs through the Xfinity app. If there is no ETA provided, they may have work that is waiting on parts, unsafe to work at this time, need something repaired we don't repair like power to equipment, or something else. They will update it as soon as they have a more specific time they know they can complete the repairs I promise.
