Hello user_b4qffe, Good morning to you. I'm sorry to read that your services have been down all this time. We do not want an interruption like this for any of our customers and more so our customers that are working from home. If there is an interruption in the area there should be a notification providing the most updated details for the expected resolution if we have one available. Even with an area issue, you may find that resetting the modem could help as our teams work to restore the services some areas may see their services restored before the interruption is fully cleared.
