No internet on xfinitywifi hotspot I rely on for work.

So, there's this local xfinitywifi hotspot that I rely on a lot for work, and it has worked just fine until about a week ago. About a week ago it started having the issue of "connected, no internet" even though I have 4 bars. All other hotspots I've tried work just fine (I went around to a few others to test if it was an in general issue or just the one).

Thank you for connecting with us, @user_z6jyqx, here in our community. We are happy to assist with the issue with the Xfinity Wi-Fi Hotspot. I will let you know that our troubleshooting may be limited, but we will do all we can. Can you please locate the hotspot using: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi? If you are able to post a screenshot of the location, we can see if we may be able to find more information on it for you.

It is one of the 2 hotspots shown here I'd assume, unless for some odd reason it isn't showing up anymore. Personally I'm going to assume it isn't showing up, as my location is halfway between the 2 hotspots.

Did someone potentially close the hotspot? I don't think that would make any sense though given I still have 4 bars, just says it's a DNS issue

@user_z6jyqx Thanks again for the Direct Message! I have checked the area and there are no interruptions affecting the service in the area. It is possible the Wi-Fi hotspots are having issues individually or the hotspots have been turned off. If there is an issue with the service, we hope the hotspot owners will resolve it soon. We apologize, but we are not able to troubleshoot the hotspots. We recommend you keep trying, and hope the issues will resolve soon. Have you tried to forget the network and sign in again?
