No internet no outages no solution!!!
I live in Richmond, Texas, and I’ve been without internet for more than two days. There are no reported outages in my area, and yet there’s still no solution. They sent a technician, who said there’s a network issue—and then he just left. The Xfinity app is terrible, and so is all of their customer service, including the chatbot. I can’t believe we’re in 2025 and I’ve had no internet for two full days. Great job, Xfinity—just great.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
