No internet, no answers except people working on it.

Seems like Comcast knows of my outage but nothing gets fixed.  They even stopped giving estimate of time.  Have phone and internet service and both are not working.  Also my modem I rent from Xfinity they say is not supported?  

Not very reliable as they use to be.
