No internet in Houston STILL

Hello, it has been two weeks since the storm came to Houston and knocked out power and Internet power has been restored the next day, but I still do not have Xfinity everyone around me has it but me. I am also sick and tired of trying to get in contact with Xfinity and all I am being told is I can’t contact because of a power outage. it has been two weeks without Internet and I do not plan on paying for it!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us today we do understand your concerns and due to the severe weather that has impacted the area our teams are working around the clock to get everybody back and running. This link https://texas.comcast.com/alerts/ has great information. Customers with power may still experience internet service outages due to downed telecommunication lines in the area.

 

 We never expect you to pay for services you cannot use due service interruption therefore we have a self-service link that you can obtain a credit for the downtime once the service is back up and running just visits xfinity.com/support/status and clicks the link, Check eligibility in the Tips in case of an outage section at the bottom of the page.

I also have xfinity my internet keeps leaving it has been a problem since the storm. I have been with xfinity quite sometime. The service is good when it is working, there have been four senior technicians out still not working. I am trying to be patient but it is stressful.
