No internet for three days

My menu on my TV systems states that the wired connection is disconnected and I have no idea why it is disconnected to begin with and what do I do now to get this problem fixed.

user_vzv4uw Thanks for posting on our Community forums! I'm sorry to hear about the disconnection. Is this happening with any other devices? Are you using an ethernet connection on your Smart TV? Or are you connected to the Wi-Fi network?
