No Internet for a MONTH!! And they won't come out to put in the broken cables.

We are in Washington State, City of Puyallup.  
Star link is our only other option.  A MONTH AGO, our internet stopped working, it took two weeks for a tech to say the problem is in the street.
NO FOLLOW up from Xfinity.  Two others showed up weeks apart to find the cables and mark the ground. STILL no communication from Xfinity or date
when it will be fixed, but they are still pulling a monthly payment.  Scheduled a call to cancel and they won't call back.
Completely corrupt and dishonest!
