No internet for 2.5 weeks and no ability to speak to an agent. This Xfinity Assistant is not very useful
I had no TV from around November 15 for about the next 10 days. I have had no internet for 2.5 weeks. I have struggled and struggled to get to a live person. I have no idea how to reach a human. The Xfinity Asst just keeps going in a loop. It says, let me troubleshoot. It finds nothing wrong and says this ends your session. But, there is something terribly wrong. No matter what the machine does, there is no internet. How do I speak to a human? I have been unable to work from home for 2.5 weeks.
