No internet for 12+ days

Our internet has been out for about 12.5 days now so far, a i have gotten is between theres scheduled maintenance in your area and it could be back up in 48 hours. However that alone was about 6 days ago, and I has just called again to be told it could be an issue with the router itself, which upon getting a new one traded for the old one cant even connect to xfinity. Others in our apartment have had similar or the same issue and have either gotten a new service provider or are currently still out. There has been no update and didn't even get a message saying maintenance would be in the area to begin with. Text updates constantly say its been fixed as of some time in the early AM between 1-4 however it hasnt done anything besides show the wifi with no connection. Even the xfinity hotspot that was free with the membership has stopped working and having the same issue of no internet.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
