No internet connection

My connection is down today and since last couple of days. It is not showing in the outage tracker. When can I expect service back? Also how to get refund for days without service?

Hi, @CDate, we can get more information about the work in progress and apply the right credit once service is restored. I'm sorry about this unexpected situation. All we need is a private message with your name and service address so we can take a closer look at your account and service in your area. If you have never sent us a PM this link can come in handy.
