No internet. Buried cable line cut

Our neighbor had their Internet cable line buried yesterday around 11am.  In the process, our cable line was cut.  I cannot get ANYONE from Xfinity on the phone. The AI system is terrible.  I cannot imagine Xfinity will compensate me for this issue and I’m now stuck without internet for 5 days.  I will be seriously considering another internet provider after my contract ends.
