No Internet and no help
I have been with Xfinity for 4 months and feel unwanted. Internet started going in and out in the middle of a Zoom meeting, which had to be cancelled. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with a tech person whose accent was difficult decipher and was given a tech appoint for 48 later. Phone has since gone out and I am losing money and on Monday my daughter will have a school problem. I get the impression that Comcast could care less and I will be lucky if anyone shows on Monday. Clearly if you have to wait 48 hours for an appointment, the company doesn’t have enough techs. I expected a little more effort for $220 a month.
