No internet and appointments get auto cancelled - no updates - trucks driving around and passing broken coax cables - need help

Internet’s been a up and down all week and now out for 24 hours.  I tried setting up several appointments but they get auto cancelled when it comes back up for 5 mins.  I would have had a tech out this morning had I been able to keep my first appointment.  Now I have to wait another 4 days which is not acceptable for 2024 or someone that works from home.   I was able to get to an IVR after bombarding your app with questions that told me they were doing service from 3am to 5am and I would need to reboot after.  I’ve rebooted every hour since then and it’s 10 am with no internet.  

I checked with Bell South and I can get an appointment for tomorrow am to have their internet installed.  I just want Xfinity to give me some kind of update but that seems impossible.  

Will someone please reach out to me or post an update on your IVR or send an update to your app to let us know what’s going on??? Or would it just be easier to get Bell South out in the am and have internet tomorrow?  One of my neighbors has Xfinity and they are in the same boat but 2 other neighbors have Bell South and they have internet.  

It’s 2024 and you have the technology so please give us an update!!!

I know it's vital, more so for our customers who require a reliable connection for work! We will try to help out in any way we can, unfortunately if there is an issue reported for the area any pending repair appointments will be cancelled, and we would have to rebook them once the interruption is cleared. I know you need service and I want to help to have it restored as soon as we can.
