No Internet after Beryl

Yes, another post about this. I've been frantically refreshing the pathetic service update page that you've been posting and seeing replies that you've been posting to others who've asked about their service. But honestly, I haven't seen a single Comcast truck/van in my area, which makes me wonder, have you even began repairs? The ONLY reason I haven't switched to AT&T is because my apartment complex has an exclusive contract with you guys (which I think is going to end over this BTW after talking to a few people). AT&T practically never lost service, and when it did they were instantly on it to fix it. You guys have ZERO transparency on what's going on. I saw your page that said y'all have restored 90% of service? Yet all of downtown Houston and Rice Village is down according to your map. All last week on the way to work and back, I passed by Center point trucks, not one single Comcast truck. So, did you even begin the repairs?
