No Integrity with Follow Up with Exec Cust Svc

Trying to reach [EDIT: Name] of your Executive Customer Relations Team. 
I have his phone number and his email address and have used both as he advised I do 6 months ago when he satisfied half of an agreed settlement away from FCC. His voicemail is full as it was 6 months ago and he does not return emails. Would love to wrap this all up. 
Feeling foolish to be a 30 + year Xfinity/ Comcast Customer.
