No information about equipment / shipping.

Comcast changed my email to a comcast.net email when I signed up and I haven’t gotten any information about my equipment. 

I’ve tried multiple times to call and go through assistant but they don’t work, ATA ALL.  I just need to know when my equipment will be delivered as it’s been days.

Hi there, @user_3hgapr! Thank you for signing up for our service! We are happy to help with the equipment. You can also sign in using your cell phone number or Xfinity ID since the email option is not working. Have you tried to sign in with the other ways?

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.

@XfinityRay I have tried to log in to a comcast email multiples times. But there’s an endless loop of links/pages that all lead to the same place that doesn’t allow login. I have corrected my email that was changed to a comcast email when I signed up and I want my order confirmation/shipping info sent to that email.
