No human to talk to and roadblocks to get problems resolved

Is Xfinity trying to go out of business? My internet has been on and off for 6 months. I have done the awful chat troubleshooting with their virtual assistant. Because there is no one to talk to.... I got what they say is a love agent online and they tried to block me scheduling a technician to come to the house to troubleshoot. The next appt is 4 days out. Then my chat got dropped and I had to start over with another agent or maybe virtual agent. Now I am asking to speak to a supervisor and getting resistance. This is a poster child for how not to deploy AI!!!! Does anyone have an email of a REAL person that will try to solve my issues?

Hello @user_0kaoyf. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I am sorry to hear you have had a hard time getting through to an agent that can assist you with your connectivity.  I would love to help you with this

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
