No help

Hello I have been trying to use the chat as well as customer service line to get some assistance. The outage locator says that I am not in an outage area and there are no problems but I have had choppy service all day.

I'm glad to hear you're utilizing the Xfinity Status Center to check for those service interruptions.  Have we also gone through the Xfinity App to troubleshoot using the Xfinity Assistant? Is this issue affecting TV, internet, or home phone services(or all of the above)?
