I am trying to talk to a living person, why does Comcast refuse to let their customers speak to people? Your chat support is clueless and your virtual assistant is a joke.
i am trying to get the moca feature enabled but [Edited: "Inflammatory"] you have manning the chat have no clue what i am talking about.
