I am trying to talk to a living person, why does Comcast refuse to let their customers speak to people? Your chat support is clueless and your virtual assistant is a joke.
i am trying to get the moca feature enabled but [Edited: "Inflammatory"] you have manning the chat have no clue what i am talking about.
how do i get someone ON THE PHONE to help me?

We understand that customers like talking wth us, and the best way to do this is by calling us directly at 1-800-XFINITY(934-6489) or 1-800-COMCAST(266-2278). This si the best way to talk with us directly on the phone.
We do also have other avenues of support which you can use:

our r/Comcast_Xfinity SubReddit is a great resource for technical questions from an experienced community.
If invited, we can engage with you 1-1 on Reddit and also here via the Forums as well.
Regarding enabling MoCA, are you using a Xfininty provided modem( and if so what model) or a personal modem?
