No help after multiple requests
Box covering the cables entering the house has disintegrated. I’ve called, filed online request for service, had 3 reps who came out say they were the wrong people to address this but would direct the request to the proper division, and I still have unprotected cables and wavering service, possibly because of moisture? What do I need to do?

To send a "Direct Message" message:
