No equipment in sight

I was approved for internet essentials 12/26 and it’s 01/15 and no tracking number or equipment has been sent. Their site says 3-5 days.

Have you tried contacting our Internet Essentials department directly for further support with this? They can be reached at 1-855-8-INTERNET (1-855-846-8376). Their hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), seven days a week.
