No Email Inbox Available
With Xfinity's new look, the old inbox to access my emails has disappeared suddenly, with the supposed link to it, (https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/), redirecting me back to the Xfinity homepage. May I ask what is really going on?
My cookies have been cleared and all. I am using a desktop computer, and it appears the new format is not suited to this.

With the new-look Xfinity website accessing your email may not be right along the top bar anymore, but it is easily accessible if you click on the account area (the purple oval with the head and shoulder icon) at the top right. After you click on the account area you can see check your email towards the bottom of the account area. You can also access voicemail, and Watch TV Online (Xfinity Stream).
We love to hear your feedback, and you can send it to us easily right in the Xfinity My Account App. At the top go into the Xfinity Assistant and look for the section that says "Product Feedback". The feedback you have given in your post is the type we love to hear!
