No discounts for SeniorCitizens

My monthly bill is increasing over $20.  I am not upgrading my coverage.  The plan I was with (Choice TV) has been discontinued.  I will still have the same services and TV channels but for $20+ a month.  I have trimmed my costs..bundled services, no longer get a paper bill and payments are automatically taken from my bank account. I am 76 years old living on a fixed income. You give discounts to the military and students, but nothing to Senior Citizens.  This is unacceptable.  I have been with Xfinity since the very beginning. I m a "diamond member".  I have no need for the perks I am offered.  You want to over me a perk?  Lower the monthly cost of your packages.  As a large corporation, you should be in a financial position to absorb some of these increases. I was told that every 2 weeks Xfinity comes up with special packages.  I will wait 14 days and call back to see what is offered. I am not seeing the advantage of staying with Xfinity.
