No direct messeage

I need to speak to a live agent. All of these forums say there is a direct message button. But there is not. I don’t see it anywhere and all I see is messages that you will not provide a live agent. Please have somebody call me before I cancel. This is outrageous

there is no direct message button. not on mobile. anyway, i was able to get in a queue and wait 10 minutes and finally get a human. please make this process easier for people to understand. making them solve puzzles to get questions answered is not good customer service.
