No dial tone

I have no dial tone after installing a new modem. We do not have a corded phone. The wireless phones are all on their bases and they are fully charged.

I understand you have wireless phones. You would need to connect at least one of the phones to the Tel 1 jack in the back of your modem, to the base of one of your phones in order for it to work. Are you able to connect the base and modem with a phone cord?
