For troubleshooting purposes and at your convenience, can you please plug the phone directly into your Xfinity Wireless gateway to check if the issue is related to the wiring inside your home? When doing so, do you have a dial tone?
@user_iopsat If there is no dial tone on your Xfinity Voice service, you'll want to make sure all of the phones are on the hook and that cordless phone batteries are charged. Some tips to isolate the issue to assist us with resolutions:
Test different jacks: Plug a working corded phone into different jacks to see if the issue is isolated to one phone or jack.
Direct connection: Plug the phone directly into your Xfinity Wireless gateway to check if the issue is related to the wiring inside your home.
Let us know the results of the testing from your end!
