No delivery

I received an email stating my new equipment would arrive on August 15th. That date has passed, and I still don't have a delivery. When I check my delivery status through UPS, the tracker says they will update when more information is available. I've reached out to UPS, but they haven't responded. Where is my delivery, and how do I get it?

Hi, @user_cf2eb5. Thank you for reaching out. I took a look at the tracking number from the email we sent. I see the equipment is ready to go, but it hasn't been handed off to the shipper yet. There may be a small delay, but I'm confident the order will process. I can follow up with you here with any updates.

If the delay is longer than you expected, you also have the option to pick up the device at the local store and return the other box when it arrives. This can be done locally or online on the Xfinity App. You'll have the option to print a return label and set up a pick-up with UPS when you're ready.
