No customer service

I signed up for service on June 15 with an install date on July 1 between 3-5. No one showed up. I called “customer service” and was switched around to about 5 people. One even disconnected our call. I was told different stories - one stating my account was cancelled on June 16. Another said June 30. I asked why was it cancelled and they said it could’ve just been a computer glitch??? After almost 2 hours on the phone they advised would have to open new account and I would not get the specials that I signed up for when they were running the promo. Told them to forget it - I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Just to update everyone. I contacted corporate office and the customer service that was extended was phenomenal!! It’s so nice to know that your business is actually valued!! Kudos to Xfinity!!
