No customer service

The chat service is beyond horrible. It is completely outsourced to India and because they know they cannot be held responsible or accountable for their actions they are extremely facetious and incompetent. it's unacceptable that I was in a chat for over TWO HOURS just to try and get a refund for money that is owed to me!
