NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I havent received any of my promotional cards some of which are months past due, I can only find one listed on the rewards center. Ive sent numerous emails to which Ive received no response. Contacted customer service on chat who refused to answer any questions and "disconnected" 3 times, told I had to wait up to 5 months before it would be delivered when I pointed out it had been 7 I was convienintly disconnected again. refused to even acknowledge the other cards i shouldve received. nor did I receive any account creditsfor the phone purchase. all i ve gotten is rude, untrained, "support personnel", that lie, disconnect, dont make "notes"and keep you on chat eating up data that goes against your allownce, for upwards of 14 hours, never anything less than an hour just to answer basic questions, or get, God forbid, actual help. they just tell you to wait 24hours to weeks and do nothing to correct the issue. then blame you for not contacting them sooner because there were no "notes" in the system that they cant access anyway unless of course it is to try to tell you they checked the chats and nothing you say is the truth because again you are the problem not them. Stop with the lies, excuses, runaround, and ever so convenient never before disclosed loopholes written in invisible imaginary fine print, and get my gift cards that I am owed to me! Keep your end of the bargain and stop cheating people
