No customer service at all! Pathetic
This right here is why I left after OVER TWENTY YEARS!!! They have the absolute worst customer service. No live interaction whatsoever and worse even when you do follow all the prompts you just go round n round. It’s unbelievable! I’d love for one of them to call me after seeing this.
