I placed an order for Cable and Internet a few days ago, but i never received any confirmation about anything and now today is the day of the appointment i chose and i still have not received any new information regarding the appointment

user_yy02e3 Thank you so much for your post on setting up new services. When an order is successfully placed for new services with us a confirmation email is received almost immediately upon completion of the order. If you do not or did not receive a confirmation email your order was not successful. This can commonly be due to a few things. Most commonly the address is not in the correct format or missing unit or apartment information. Or there was an issue with your payment. We would recommend restarting the process of placing your order once again as a new customer and making sure to not be logged in. When you enter your address be sure to pick the recognized format that pops up in the dropdown box and select new customer.
