No Confirmation
I signed up for internet service yesterday. However, after I submitted my order, I received no confirmation of any sort after checking all email folders, including spam. I have tried to sign in both on the web browser and the app using the information I provided to sign up for the service. The browser version says that it does not find an account matching this information (as does the customer support number), and the app says I am not authorized. I do not know if my order went through after submitting it, but if it did, I have no way of accessing the services I signed up for.
