No confirmation email

I bought my first Xfinity router and I haven’t received a confirmation email nor tracking email. I can’t get through to a representative, I’m not sure what to do.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it

I'm having the same problem. I just set up my new account today and I've already made a $25-dollar deposit which went through on my bank account, and yet no confirmation email. It seems pretty suspect that you guys will take my money but then not send me some sort of acknowledgment.
